WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Rye bread, cheese, tea
Lunch: Lamp, potatoes, greens, gravy
Dinner: Fish cakes, potatoes, broccoli, remoulade
THURSDAY
Breakfast: Muesli, orange, milk
Lunch: Meat loaf, potatoes, greens
Dinner: Beef stew, pasta, salad
FRIDAY
Breakfast: Cornflakes
Lunch: Bbq chicken, greens, rice
Dinner: Chop steak, kale, potatoes
SATURDAY
Breakfast: Toast, cheese, butter, apple, pear
Lunch: Common Mussels, salad, fresh-baked bread
Dinner: Chilli con carne
SUNDAY
Breakfast: Crisp bread, jam, banana
Lunch: Roast beef, potatoes, tomato sauce, salad
Dinner: Falafel, salad, dressing
